I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The club rooms, with their high ceilings, offered a great ambiance, and the food was delicious. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to Mr Jethu and Mr Shivam from the front office. The location was convenient, being adjacent to the MGF Metropolitan Mall. The dining experience was fantastic with a variety of choices. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, though spacious and clean, lacked a real window and was overlooking a shopping mall. The service was friendly and quick, but there were disturbances of noise during the night. The location was convenient with access to public transport but lacked nearby attractions. The dining experience was satisfying with a good variety of Indian and continental items. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.
